Using the insights from our personalized session, we'll identify properties (Off-Market, Realtor Networks and online platforms) that meet your criteria, conduct viewings, and compile a customized shortlist just for you.

3) Organizing Viewings & Due Diligence

We'll handle all appointments with local real estate agents and provide support throughout the actual viewings. We could help you secure the best financing options.

4) Offers & Negotiations

We'll advise you on the acquisition strategy, place the offer, and manage negotiations on your behalf to secure the best possible terms.

5, 6 & 7) Purchase Contract & Legal Processing 

The seller will draft a purchase contract, which we'll carefully review on your behalf. Both parties will sign the contract in the presence of a notary, who will then officially register the transfer of property rights with the land registry, ensuring the transaction is legally binding and compliant with all regulatory requirements.

8) Closing & Completion 

The remaining payment will then be completed, and the property ownership will be officially transferred, finalizing the transaction.
